3. USER ACCOUNTS
3.1 Account Creation

- To access the CBT Checklist and Journal features, you must create a user account
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

- Essentia Softserv LLP may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- We may suspend the Service for maintenance or other operational reasons
- We will provide reasonable notice when possible
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination or deletion of your account, your access to the Service will be revoked. Your data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.
